Individual Therapy :  50-minute session:  $95

Couples Therapy:     50-minute session:  $115

Insurance

I do not file with insurance directly, but can provide you with a monthly statement that includes all the information you may need to file with your insurance company for reimbursement.  Because all insurance plans vary, you should contact your insurance company directly prior to seeing me, to determine your coverage benefits for out-of-network behavioral health providers.  Your insurance carrier will be able to inform you about whether or not your sessions will be covered, what
percentage will be covered, and their procedures for reimbursement. 

Please note that if you choose to submit claims to your insurance company, you will still be responsible for the session fee at the time of service.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Cancellation/No-show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
